Well it is December 2015, how did you do on your weight loss resolution? Oh, you didn’t keep it? Well, according to American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) it says the #1 trend will be body weight training. You know the old standbys, pushups, situps, and burpees! But what if you’re not good at those exercises. Well there are always modifications for those but if you are not sure, retaining a Personal Trainer maybe the way to go. It is always better to get someone who is experienced an educated in this field in order to obtain optimal results.
Another suggestion would be to implement Yoga or Pilates in your training. This would be important to maintain flexibility and mobility. You’ll find your body will be sore less and respond to the new resistance training regimen.
Whichever mode of fitness you try, please remember to be realistic with your goals.Be kind to your body by giving it the rest and proper nutrition it needs. Supplement to ensure you receive all of your nutrition. Are foods are so processed, it is simply impossible to receive everything it needs.
