Today, one of my coaches reminded me about one of the principles of CrossFit. Oddly enough it actually applies to real life as well. It ‘s all about getting better through obstacles placed in our paths. I was accused of staying in my comfort zone, and you know what? He was right.
So what’s next? Well for starters, I am looking at things in my life that are hard, in both areas of my life. Then take a piece at a time until I accomplish my task. In addition to that, I am also making sure I am pursing them in a timely manner. Can’t rush through just because this person got that mark in a lessor time.
Sometimes it is the journey, not the destination that is prize.
