Small goals, big results!

Coach Exson showed me an article from http://www.crossfitinvictus.com and discussed how setting small goals during the WOD helps combat the little voice who attempts to discourage your efforts. It’s easy to look at an exercise and see 40 of this or 100 of that and feel defeat before you even begin. But thanks to that article, I’ve reprogrammed my “stinkin’ thinking” and realized progress will happen when God says it’s time. He knows when my strength is there, my form is on point and my confidence is in place. I have amazing coaches as well as an amazing team. 

Today, I will revisit those skills from yesterday with new eyes and a braveheart. Thank you Coach X!
